Week 1
Goals: Finalize project scope.
Action items:
Hold feedback session with library collaborators to define priority features.
Discuss the current prototype interface, system architecture, and accessibility refinements.
Discuss social media strategy & spotlighting the project on the @cyberneticslibrary channels with Dave.
Outline a roadmap for priority feature development over the next 30 days.
Collect Data: Spend time in the library collecting indices and images for integration.
Week 2
Goals: Begin implementation of priority feature updates for each project. Develop social media strategy.
Action items:
Develop and coordinate collateral and copy for social media spotlight.
Finalize copy for library homepage.
Prototype and develop priority feature updates with Chris.
Test updates with library collaborators and refine based on feedback.
Week 3
Goals: Continue to iteratively develop priority feature updates. Solicit feedback for each project. Design social media collateral.
Action items:
Collect feedback from library collaborators and community members on the interface and functionality and refine accordingly.
Meet with core library members and solicit feedback on projects, review copy.
Prepare project documentation, including a report on features and usage.
Week 4
Goals: Complete priority feature updates and do final prep ahead of social media spotlight/launch. Submit final deliverables and documentation for review.
Action items:
Conduct a final round of testing for all prototypes to ensure functionality and accessibility.
Deploy final versions on the project website.
Prepare project documentation, including a report on features and usage.
Plan for a final presentation to community members and stakeholders showcasing the completed series of webtools.
