5. Judging and selection process
During the public voting period, voters will select their favorites across all entries (email verification required).
The judging will be comprised of two components: (i) public voting via Playbook Community site; and (ii) Playbook Licensed Artists. Based on these outcomes, three winners (1st, 2nd and 3rd) will be announced.
- First, the public will vote on their favorites across all artwork submissions (email verification required).
- At the completion of the public voting period, a panel of Playbook Licensed Artists will carefully evaluate all submissions to select their “Top Picks”
The decisions of the judges are final and binding.

An Artist can only win one prize, regardless of how many entries are submitted.
The Artist is responsible for entering their correct email address at the time of submission and prizes may be forfeited if the Artist cannot be contacted or their identity cannot be verified.
All winners will be notified by October 18, 2023 (or as soon as practical thereafter). Winners will have three weeks in which to claim their prizes. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize will be given to the Artist that has the next highest number of votes.
