Hey Playbook Community,
We wanted to address an issue that some of our users in the UK have been experiencing lately. If you’ve encountered the error message “This site can’t be reached” with the DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error while trying to access Playbook, you’re not alone. We’re aware of this problem and are actively investigating it.
As soon as we were notified about the issue last week, we immediately filed a support ticket with our server provider, Cloudflare. You can see the ticket attached below for more context.
While we don’t have a definitive timeline just yet, we’re doing everything we can to resolve this as quickly as possible. Based on the current information, we anticipate that the issue could be fully resolved within a month. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we’re here to reassure you that your data and files remain safe and secure during this period.
In the meantime, if you’re able to use a VPN, it might serve as a temporary workaround. Several users have reported success accessing Playbook this way.
